Certainly the best restaurant in SA. On our 2016/ 2017 holiday we were so amazed by our first culinary experience at Fusion we had to stop on our way home. The food is out of this world, the flavour combinations make your mouth and brain go into over drive. Over and beyond service and the best atmosphere what more can you say except it's not food it's art !!!! Thank you Fusion for making our holiday foodie experience explode with joy ......

Fusion , food and staff are truly amazing 👏🎉the whole menu is amazing . From the sushi to the wok flamed rice . The black pepper squid - scrumptious. And the ribs - amazing . What can I say 👏
